Thanks to the generous community support of this year’s YGT Online Edition, The Yarmouth Music Boosters funded FOUR college scholarships to graduating Yarmouth High School seniors as well scholarships to ALL of the Yarmouth K-12 students who applied for financial assistance to help pay for music camps and lessons this summer! Mission Statement

Yarmouth Music Boosters (YMB) is an all-volunteer group comprised of Yarmouth School District parents and community members. YMB supports and promotes music education throughout grades K-12, serving the needs of our student musicians and music faculty. YMB maintains a positive, close, and effective relationship between the music faculty, district administration, and the community. YMB aims to fulfill its mission through the following objectives: Providing music appreciation and performance opportunities for students, Promoting music education opportunities through senior scholarships and summer camp and instructional scholarships, Funding classroom music needs (e.g. music technology, sheet music, and concert attire) that would not otherwise receive support through the school budget, Ensuring music education opportunities for students in financial need, and Encouraging active parent, teacher, and community involvement.
